Applying to Law School
Deciding to pursue a law degree is a big step, but it's only one of many in the law school application journey. LawHub® is here to help you get ready to take the LSAT® and apply to law school, so you can take your next step with confidence.
Credential Assembly Service
The Credential Assembly Service (CAS) is required by most law schools. It simplifies the application process by collecting your transcripts, letters of recommendation, and other documents. When you’re ready to apply, CAS combines your application materials with your LSAT score and sends a report to each law school to which you apply.
Choose Where to Apply
Start your search with the Official Guide to ABA-Approved JD Programs. Once you find the law schools you’re interested in, add them to your School List in JD Services. The Law School Transparency data and tools in LawHub let you compare law schools by tuition, salary, job stats, admission stats, and more. When you're ready, you can access each school’s application in JD Services.
Get Expert Guidance From LawHub
LawHub’s webinars, 24/7 on-demand courses, and other resources will guide you through every stage of the application process. When it comes time to apply, you can organize your materials in JD Services, once you have purchased a CAS subscription and provided consent for LSAC to handle your documents. And after you apply, get ready for the transition to law school with courses such as What is Law School Really Like?, Introduction to Law School Notetaking, Introduction to Law School Case Briefing, 1L Study Skills Toolbox, and more.
Track Your Applications
LawHub’s Law School Application Status Tracker lets you view where each of your applications stands from one convenient, secure dashboard, reducing the need to check each school’s portal separately. This invaluable tool is available only to LawHub Advantage subscribers.
